Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and a watery hue. Lemon, lime and orange rind aromas have a spicy overlay and finish with some flinty mineral notes. Zippy lemon and lime flavours dominate the palate with some orange rind, chalky talc characters and minerals lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with a long racy aftertaste.
