2019 Moorilla Praxis St. Matthias Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Elevated lime and grapefruit aromas mix with grassy gooseberries, herbaceous asparagus characters and green capsicum. Crunchy green apple and lime fruits have a herbaceous grassy underlay with notions of asparagus and light capsicum also evident. Finishes dry with crisp razor like acidity and an aftertaste of great precision.
