Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty passionfruit and citrus aromas mix with granny smith apple and flinty mineral notes. Light and zippy the palate features passionfruit and lime zest flavours over granny smith apple and mineral characters. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a racy aftertaste.
