2019 Menhir Salento No. Zero Negroamaro

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose is greeted with a mix of black and dried cherries as well as liquorice which mix with hints of vanilla, scorched earth and cinnamon spice. Rich dried and black cherry flavours mix liquorice, dried herb, earth and cinnamon spice. Slightly chewy tannins with a generously fruited, fleshy conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
