2019 Main & Cherry Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak for 12 months. Inky black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackcurrant infused with a mix of black olives and dried herbs are trailed by earth and stalky cedar notes. Medium bodied the tightly coiled palate has blackcurrant and black olive flavours over earthy cedar, spicy tobacco characters and dried herbs. Finishes dry and grippy with a firm tannin structure and a medium length aftertaste that has an austere feel to it.
Cellar 5-6 years.
