2019 Louis Michel & Fils Chablis

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and green apple mix with dried honey, light grapefruit and wet slate notes. Rich pear and dried honey flavours carry plenty of volume across the palate with notions of lime, delicate oyster shell and slatey mineral characters also chiming in. Full and rounded in its feel it finishes with a lick of brisk acidity and a long generously weighted aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
