2019 Longhop Shiraz

Dense pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Heady ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum scents fill the nostrils with ensuing notes of smoky vanillin cedar and peppered earth. Rich, thick and voluptuously textured, the palate is engulfed with lush blackberry, dark plum and liquorice fruits which oversee a back drop of vanillin oak, traces of mocha and spice. Ripe velvety tannins. Excellent power and length with a plump, sweetly fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
