Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of black cherry and liquorice infused with blackpepper are trailed by spicy dried meats and smoky cedar. Rich blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits show ample weight across the palate and have a succulent feel. Dried meats, smoky cedar and a burst of blackpepper sit on the back half. Fine slightly grainy tannins provide a sturdy underbelly. Medium to long inky blackpepper infused aftertaste.
