Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and lemon are complimented by steely mineral notes, hints of oily toast and orange rind. Lime and lemon fruits carry good intensity and textural volume across the palate with subtle kerosene, bees wax, wet steel and mineral characters lying underneath. Finishes dry with invigorating acidity and a long textural conclusion.
