Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced lime and green apple scents infused with fresh herbs emanate from the glass followed by some slatey mineral notes. Intense lime and green apple fruits have a mouth filling effect across the palate with wet slate, infusions of fresh herbs and flinty mineral characters lying on the back half. Excellent textural volume with crisp acidity leading into a long racy wet slate and mineral infused finish.
