A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Syrah. Bright dark purple core with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Fragrant scents of violets, ripe cherries, raspberries and subtle clove are followed by some earth and fresh herb notes. Very savoury and fresh the lighter bodied palate is decorated with scrumptious dark cherry and raspberry fruits which overlay a back drop of earthy fresh herbs, infusions of violets and spice. Bright acidity, fine grained tannins and a medium to long conclusion.
