2019 Lino Ramble Treadlie Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a deep dark purple hue. Expressive ripe dark plum and liquorice scents rise from the glass followed by subtle vanillin cedar, dried herbs and spicy fennel. Rich and opulent in its feel the palate is decorated with lush blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits which are underpinned by spicy vanillin cedar, dried herbs and pepper. Sturdily built tannins impart some chewiness onto the juicy medium to long finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

A delicious Vale Shiraz exuding a whiff of neoprene tension, before spiralling into blue to dark fruit allusions, dried seaweed, charcuterie and a smudge of black olive, lacing a gentle waft of tannin. The freshness is apt. The wine, on the richer side of mid-weight. Drink by 2025.
