2019 Lethbridge Ooh La La Chardonnay

Wild yeast fermented with maturation on lees in barrel (10% new French oak with the balance older French oak) for a period of 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Spicy peach and subtle dried honey scents merge into melon and notions of gun flint. Ripe, round and generous across the palate featuring peach, dried honey and clove flavours over a subtle wet stone and gun flint back drop. Finishes dry and fresh with a medium length aftertaste that has a dash of spice to it.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
