Brilliant pale straw colour with gleaming tinges of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense aromatics of peach, ripe nectarine and honeycomb fill the nostrils followed by hints of lemon butter, crème brulee and bees wax. Fleshy in its textural feel, rich peach and honeycomb flavours overlay a back drop of light butterscotch, crème brulee and spice. Finishes dry with a balanced freshness and a lengthy cream tinged aftertaste.
