2019 La Tour Coste Les Trencats Cotes du Rhone

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Leaping from the glass are intense black raspberry and liquorice scents which are followed by some black cherry, scorched earth, incense and peppered herb du Provence notes. Rich, concentrated black raspberry and liquorice fruits are backed by a ripe chewy tannin structure. Notions of black cherry, scorched earth and pepper linger on the back half. Excellent power finishing long, muscular and richly fruited.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
