Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose expels spicy pear, Jonathan apple, quince and honeysuckle aromas with a subtle flintiness in the background. On the palate fresh pear and Jonathan apple fruits are to the fore with traces of honeysuckle and spicy quince in the background. Finishes dry with refreshing acidity and an elegant medium length aftertaste. A lighter, fresh style of Pinot Gris.
