This Chardonnay was fermented in 45% old French oak barriques and 55% stainless steel tanks resulting in very little oak influence. Brilliant water like coloured core with greenish tinged edges. Top notes of white peach and nectarine mix with melon, lime and gun flint notes. Medium weight flavours of white peach and nectarine have an elegant and vibrant feel. Bright melon and lime fruits along with infusions of gun flint are also evident. Finishes dry and fresh with a light medium length aftertaste.
