2019 Koyama Liaison Chardonnay

This Chardonnay underwent 100% malo-latic fermentation and was matured in 30% new oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with green lined edges and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine and grapefruit scents meld into subtle dried honey, citrus and light gun flint notes. Vibrant ripe nectarine, peach and grapefruit flavours have a refreshing feel across the mid weighted palate. Citrusy dried honey and flinty elements ensue. Fresh, zippy acidity with a bright flavoursome aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
