Brilliant water like colour with a distinct tinge of green around the outskirts. Elevated lemon and lime top notes intermingle with some emerging oily toast like characters, wet steel and mineral. Intense and focused, piercing acidity carries crunchy lemon, lime and orange rind fruits which have a steely mineral infused back drop. Dry racy finish with a long zingy aftertaste.
