2019 Kalleske Clarry's GSM

Certified organic Clarry’s is a delicious blend of 50% Grenache, 44% Shiraz and 6% Mataro, with all grapes coming from Kalleske’s organic farm. To preserve the fresh fruit flavours, the wines were only aged in very old oak hogsheads for a limited time of five months.
Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red purple hue. Freshly crushed dark raspberry, plum and liquorice aromas intermix with a hint of ripe blueberry, light inky earth and spice. Rich and plump with medium body weight, a fleshy feel and underlying bright acidity, the palate is decorated with juicy dark raspberry, blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits. Subtle inky earth and spice elements ensue. Velvety tannins with a long moreish dark fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
