2019 Josmeyer Le Fromenteau Pinot Gris

Certified organic and biodynamic. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear and baked apple aromas draped in honeysuckle elevate their way out of the glass trailed by some quince, ginger and spice notes. Rich, full in the mouth and creamy textured the palate is flooded with luscious pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle flavours which overlay a spicy quince and ginger background. Finishes dry with brisk underlying acidity and plenty of volume to the long enveloping conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
