Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Heady ripe peach and apricot scents flow from the glass mixing with honeycomb, crème brulee, toasty oak and spicy butterscotch along the way. Rich and lusciously textured, the palate is overflowing with ripe peach, honeycomb and butterscotch flavours which sit over a bacon fat and spice background. Round creamy finish with soft acidity and a long opulent aftertaste.
