Brilliant water like colour with a glimmer of green around the edges. Bounding out of the glass are intense lime and citrus aromatics followed by orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Mouth watering lime, citrus and tangy orange rind flavours engulf the palate with underlying talc and mineral characters. Excellent concentration finishing with a burst of crunchy acidity and a long lime and citrus infused aftertaste.
