2019 Irvine Spring Hill Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Nosing reveals lime juice, green apple and lemon scents followed by some light talc and steely mineral notes. Racy lime juice and lemon flavours overlay green apple and wet steel characters. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a snappy medium length aftertaste.
