2019 Irvine Spring Hill Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like colour with the faintest tinge of green around the edges. Aromas of ripe pears and red apples mix with honeysuckle and faint musk. Nicely textured pear and ripe apple fruits wrap themselves around the palate with underlying nuances of honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry and crisp with a vibrant aftertaste.
