Totally opaque black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of sour to black raspberries have a new leather overlay with fresh herb and graphite like notes also present. Polished and bright in its feel, the palate is a mix of sour cherry, black raspberry, earthy leather, black olive and pepper flavours. Lively acidity with a fine tannin structure and vivid meaty, leather like aftertaste.
