Hurley Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir is sourced from each of the single site vineyards - Lodestone, Hommage and Garamond with maturation taking place in French oak, 25% new for 20 months. Bright dark red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Lovely aromatics of violets, dark cherries and wild strawberries stream out of the glass with subtle forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes also present. Moreish ripe cherry and strawberry fruits flood the palate underpinned by notions of anise, forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and light spicy cedar. Finishes fresh with polished, well integrated tannins and a long, vibrant, deliciously fruited aftertaste.
