2019 Hunter's Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak for 12 months. Good depth displaying a dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright dark red hue. Violet top notes intermix with dark cherries, anise, earth and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight, flavours of red to dark cherries and winter strawberries are underpinned by bright acidity with elements of earth and spicy cedar filling out the back half. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and an elegant mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
