Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime and green apple aromas show good elevation out of the glass with lemon sherbet, talc and mineral notes ensuing. Intense lemon and lime flavours dominate the palate underpinned by granny smith apple, sherbet and flinty mineral characters. Dry zesty finish with crisp acidity and a long scrumptious aftertaste.
