2019 Hollick The Bard Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant and choc mint aromas intermix with black olive, cigar box and spice notes. Rich with medium to full body weight the palate features bold ripe blackcurrant fruit over cigar box, earthy black olive and spicy mint characters. A sturdy tannin structure lends some grip to the generously endowed yet robust conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
