Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Pronounced red apple, lime and honeysuckle aromas fill the nostrils with hints of quince and stony mineral characters also evident. Mouthfilling lime and red apple fruits have a rounded textural feel and are backed by zippy acidity. Some honeysuckle and flinty mineral nuances ensue. Finishes dry with a refreshing aftertaste.
