2019 Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Aromas of ripe nectarine and dried honey intermingle with hints of grapefruit, light citrusy nougat notes and spice. Vibrant in its feel yet also gently creamy, nectarine, citrus and dried honey flavours overlay subtle infusions of gun flint and light minerals. Brisk finish with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
