2019 Hirsch Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Midnight black in colour with a bright dark red hue. Youthful scents of red currant and mulberry meld into dusty cedar, tobacco and spicy fresh herb notes. Medium bodied, the elegantly built palate has a refined flavour profile of red currant and mulberry fruits over earthy tobacco, vanillin cedar and spicy fresh herb infusions. Fine grained tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
