2019 Herdade do Rocim Mariana Tinto

A blend of 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Aragonez, 20% Alicante Bouschet and 10% Trincadeira with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks and aging 6 months in French oak. Deep dark red black colour with a bright dark purple red hue. Elevated dark and morello cherry aromas mix with liquorice, earthy incense notes and dried herbs. Medium to full bodied juicy morello cherry and liquorice flavours roll across the palate underpinned by scorched earth, infusions of incense and dried herbs. Slightly chewy tannins with a fleshy medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
