2019 Hentley Farm Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the edges. Intense aromas of lime and citrus jump out of the glass trailed by green apple, orange rind, talcy sherbet like notes and steely mineral characters. Mouth watering lime, citrus and orange flavours are delivered with great concentration, completely engulfing the mouth and in the process provide plenty of textural volume. Finishes dry and crisp with crunchy acidity, talc and light steely mineral elements the back drop. Long racy lime and lemon dominated aftertaste. Outstanding value.
