2019 Heirloom Vineyards Touriga

Magnificent saturation of colour featuring an impenetrable inky black core and a very deep dark purple black hue. Sailing through the olfactory senses are spicy morello and black cherry scents which mingle with liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and earthy dried herb notes. Very dry and tannic with an austere like mouthfeel, the palate features black and morello cherry fruits over liquorice, scorched earth and spicy dried herbs. Stern tannins and bright acidity lead into grippy, tightly wound finish.
