2019 Heathcote Winery Cravens Place Shiraz

Aged in French and American oak. Midnight black at its core with a bright deep dark red hue. Ripe dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas merge with vanillin cedar, subtle graphite and pepper. Deep and plush the palate is furbished with rich plum, freshly crushed blackberry and liquorice fruits which meld into spicy vanillin cedar, scorched earth and pepper. Bright youthful finish with sturdy yet polished tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
