A blend of Lagrein and Dolcetto. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Heady black plum and liquorice scents intermingle with black cherries, scorched earth and spice. Medium bodied black plum and liquorice fruits are underpinned by fresh acidity with some scorched earth characters also chiming in. Spicy finish with slightly chalky tannins and a juicy yet vivid aftertaste.
