Fermented and matured for 11 months in French oak barriques. Bright pale straw colour with a touch of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and ripe pear are interwoven with dried honey, light citrusy nougat and spice notes. Mid weighted and texturally rounded, the palate features nectarine and grapefruit flavours over a back drop of dried honey, citrus and lightly spiced nougat. Finishes nice and fresh with an elegant medium to long aftertaste.
