Very deep dark red black in colour with a dark red hue. Lifted blackcurrant aromas infused with a mix of bay leaf and black olive are followed by toasty vanillin oak, earth and spice. Bold blackcurrant and liquorice fruits drive the medium to full bodied palate with vanillin oak, earthy black olive and spicy bay leaf characters lingering on the back half. Ripe but firmish tannin structure with a sturdy yet generous conclusion.
