Brilliant water like core with a subtle tinge of green to the edges. Intense lime and citrus scents intermingle with orange rind, talc and light steely mineral notes. On the palate there’s tremendous purity and concentration to the lime and citrus fruits which are tinged with notions of orange, talc and a chalky minerality. Dry fresh, snappy finish with zippy acidity and a long lime citrus driven aftertaste.
