Made from 100% Petite Arvine grapes planted in the Rovettaz vineyard at 700 meters altitude. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and honeyed apple aromas mix with crème brulee like notes and spice. Rich pear, apple and light honeyed characters are underpinned by bracing acidity with some light spicy quince and stony mineral nuances lingering on the dry finish. Lemony fresh aftertaste.
