2019 Golding The Handcart Shiraz

Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted plum, ripe blueberry and liquorice aromas are trailed by smoky vanillin oak, fennel and pepper. Medium to full in body with good richness and a soft plush textural feel, the palate sports liquorice and dark plum fruits over a dash of blueberry, scorched earth and peppered fennel like characters. Silky smooth tannins with a ripe, fleshy pepper infused conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
