A blend of 45% Muscadelle, 30% Roussanne, 13% Voignier, 6% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Semillon and 2% Chardonnay. Bright pale straw colour with a glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of apricot, peach and honeysuckle are followed by some cinnamon spice notes. Texturally full and round, the palate is generously endowed with ripe apricot and peach fruit which overlays honeysuckle, light musk and ginger spice elements. Dry, fresh finish with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

So much tension, so much texture, so quartz-like to boot. This is dry, chalky and honeyed at once. Sparks fly, sans flint. Yellow stonefruit, green apple and white flower flavours run with the texture. It offers a tense kind of tension, like a well-paced drama. Excellence. Drink 2021-2024+
