2019 Gipsie Jack Shiraz

Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red hue. Filling the nostrils are elevated scents of liquorice and blackberry followed by some vanillin cedar, mint and pepper notes. Rich liquorice and blackberry fruits are succulent and full in their feel with spicy vanillin cedar and earthy mint characters lying underneath. Peppery finish with ripe, slightly chewy tannins and a fleshy black fruited aftertaste of ample length.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
