Fermented and matured in French oak barriques using wild yeast and left to mature on lees for 8 months.
Bright pale straw colour with shades of green around the outskirts and a water hue. Aromas of ripe pear, peaches and dried honey are trailed by citrusy nougat and spice notes. Generous pear, peach and dried honey flavours have good flesh with light cashew, nougat and spice sitting underneath. Finishes dry with good freshness and a subtle cream tinged aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
