2019 Giant Steps Tarraford Vineyard Chardonnay

Matured for 10 months in new and used French oak of which 20% was new. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Rising out of the glass are refined scents of white peaches, nectarines and dried honey which intermingle with light biscuit and spice notes. Fresh white peach and nectarine fruits have a vibrant, elegant feel underscored by faint nuances of cashew, citrus, biscuit and spice. The clean dry finish has plenty of freshness to it with a medium length aftertaste.
