Certified organic and preservative free. Deep dark red purple colour with a vibrant purple hue. On the nose aromas of freshly crushed ripe cherries, plum juice, subtle liquorice, inky earth and spicy herbs emerge. Light and crunchy, fresh dark cherry and plum juice flavours sit over some subtle liquorice and spicy earth characters. Dry inky finish with bright acidity and faintly chalky tannins. Modest aftertaste.
