2019 Fox Creek Red Baron Shiraz

Dense pitch black core with a deep black dark red hue. Rising from the glass are lifted ripe dark plum and liquorice scents which are trailed by some toasty oak and peppered earth like notes. Showing good weight, plump dark plum and aniseed flavours overlay a toasty vanillin oak, earth and blackpepper background. A sturdy tannin structure firms the generously fruited finish imparting some grip.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
