Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe cherry, blood orange, pomegranate, melon and spicy peach aromas have a subtle stony overlay. On the palate delicious strawberry, blood orange and peach flavours are supple and viscous like in their feel with a gentle stoniness sitting underneath. Finishes dry and spicy with brisk tangy acidity and a long savoury aftertaste.
